- Welcome to the Home Page of the Texas Independent Insurance Adjusters Association. This site contains information about TIIAA membership. Our member firms are largely recognized by the industry as producing and cultivating the most qualified independent adjusting personnel in the great state of Texas. All TIIAA members (firm and industry) must meet strict guidelines, including experience and training, to be accepted in the organization thus insuring that our clients will receive ethical, cost effective, informative, workable, and prompt service.
